FAQ
• What activities are included?
1.5 Hours of fun circus activities such as; Aerial Silks, Trapeze, Juggling, Hula Hoops, Spinning Plates, Diabolos, Rolla Bolla, Tightrope and more! (Activities are modified based on student ages and abilities.
• Can you give me invitations?
Yes. Party invitations provided to you via email, ready for you to print out, write on and give to your guests.
• Are your coaches qualified
All coaches and Party Host(s) at CircArts are trained in circus and coaching and hold WWCC and first aid
• Can I BYO cake, food etc
Yes! In fact, you must! We do not supply food. If you would like to BYO cake, party food, drinks, plates, cups cutlery etc you are most welcome to. We can set up tables and chairs for you to enjoy your food in the studio.
• How long can I stay after the party for food etc?
We kindly ask that you stay no longer than 30min after your party, and that you keep the space as clean/tidy as possible. The space may be available to hire for additional time, subject to availability and must be booked and paid in advance.
• Where is the venue?
At our studio in Geelong! Search CircArts Geelong on Google Maps for the location or scroll to the bottom of this page for the address.
• When are parties held?
Usually on Saturdays at 3.30pm or later, or during school hours Monday to Friday.
• When is payment due?
Payment is required upfront to secure your booking.
• When must final numbers for my party be confirmed?
Two weeks prior to the party, to ensure adequate staffing levels.
• I have a special request, can you accommodate it?
